一、SuperPATH®尊龙凯时伤后外侧入路髋关节置换手术技术

SuperPATH®是一个经皮通道辅助的全髋关节置换手术入路,通过臀中肌和梨状肌的肌间隙经上方关节囊进入,不需要切断任何肌肉和肌腱。在股骨头和股骨颈保留完整的情况下,原位处理股骨,减少骨折的风险。髋臼的准备是在直视下进行的,通道设计可无需偏心工具。必要的情况下,术中可以随时转变为传统的后外侧入路,并且不需要重新摆放患者的体位。

二、SuperCap®髋关节手术入路

SuperCap®全髋关节置换术是2003年发明的,它是经上方关节囊进入,并且完全保留软组织的手术入路。这项手术技术允许术者在直视下通过一个切口植入全髋关节假体。SuperCap®技术不需要脱位,也不需要预先切除部分股骨,从而减少了股骨骨折的风险,保留了前方关节囊,保留了外旋肌,使患者能够快速康复。

三、Path®髋关节手术入路

Path®入路(经皮辅助全髋关节手术技术)被称为“直接后方入路”,2004年首次使用。因为其保留了主要的肌肉、肌腱和软组织,所以相比普通入路,术后结果更优异,患者能够获得更快的术后康复。熟悉的患者体位和解剖标志、相比其他尊龙凯时入路,有更少的潜在并发症。
